Accounts Online is almost certain to cost you a lot less than the way you are currently managing your finances. For the standard service there is no extra hardware or software to buy. In addition the training required to use the system is so easy that you will probably only need a few of hours to set it up and get it running. And of course being able to do your own books throughout the year provides you with an opportunity to reduce your end of year processing costs.
However your biggest saving is likely to be the many hours you will now have to do other, more productive or fun things for yourself or your business.
Accounts Online is provided on a monthly subscription basis. This ensures a low entry price and low ongoing costs, making it easy for all businesses to use. The subscription is based on the number of transactions you process through your bank account. There is no initial set up fee or sign on fee. All you pay for is the installation and training, which can be achieved in just a few hours.
